I was kind of a constant U grader in school, alternating between grade S and grade E. My mum then engaged Mr Wong and I actually started at a group tuition conducted by him. But honestly speaking, I felt my chemistry foundation wasn’t strong enough to be in a group tuition class. So I asked if he does individual tuition. So he does and on the first lesson he came, he planned out the whole schedule till the week we took the A level Chemistry paper. It helped a lot because the chemistry exams are now more focused on the understanding of the chemistry concepts and I’m glad I had individual tuition because I clarified ALL my doubts, down to the simplest concepts (sp orbitals etc) which came out during the paper! Many students complained they didn’t know how to do it and the question was 3-4 marks if I am not wrong. Im glad I am one of the few that knew how to attempt that question, and achieved a B for Chemistry!
